Goodie Rentals was founded by passionate party lovers right here in Houston, TX. In an exciting new chapter, the company was recently acquired by Rachael Volz, CEO and Owner of A Fare Extraordinaire, a premier full-service catering and event planning company, and The Revaire, a luxury event venue. We’re thrilled to expand our offerings by making Goodie Rentals’ distinctive collection of decor and furnishings available to clients across Houston and beyond.

Goodie Rentals’ inventory includes many custom-made pieces, as well as vintage items that are truly one-of-a-kind. We offer a curated selection of elevated rental items, including bars, sofas, and chairs, sourced from a variety of boutique vendors. This allows us to provide distinctive pieces you won’t find with typical rental companies.

The best way to place an order with Goodie Rentals is on our website. Select your rental date(s) and add the items you would like to secure to your cart. Proceed with checking out by logging into your account or checking out as a guest. Once you submit your cart, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by an invoice and rental agreement. When you are ready to confirm your order, please return the signed rental agreement and make your payment.

We’re happy to adjust your order as your event plans evolve. Just email your changes to hello@goodierentals.com or give us a call at 713.469.9721. We’ll send you an updated invoice and continue making revisions as needed until everything is just right.

If possible, we kindly ask that all changes be finalized 1–2 weeks before your scheduled delivery or pickup date.

We totally get it—some people are visual thinkers! We’re happy to create a custom design board with curated rental options to help you picture how your event will come together. If you’d prefer to see items in person, you’re welcome to schedule a visit to our warehouse. Appointments are available upon request, Monday–Friday, between 9 AM and 3 PM.

Absolutely! We offer delivery and pickup services throughout the Houston area and beyond.

For standard deliveries within Houston between 8 AM and 8 PM, the delivery fee is 25% of your rental order subtotal, with a $200 delivery fee minimum.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Early morning or late-night deliveries/pickups
  • Deliveries outside the SH 99 Grand Parkway loop

Our team will confirm all delivery details and fees with you during the booking process.

Yes! You’re welcome to pick up your order from our warehouse, located at A Fare Extraordinaire / The Revaire, Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 3 PM. If you need a different pickup time, let us know—alternate arrangements may be possible based on our event schedule.

Our team is happy to assist with loading and unloading, but we ask that you come prepared with the appropriate vehicle and equipment, such as moving blankets and ratchet straps.

  • Smaller items may fit in a car or a covered truck bed.
  • Larger orders will require a box truck or similar vehicle.

If you have any questions about transportation, please reach out to your Goodie Rentals contact in advance.

Once you’re ready to lock in your event date, we’ll send you a Rental Agreement outlining our full terms and conditions. This agreement will include the due date for your deposit (if applicable) and the final payment deadline.

Depending on how close we are to your event date, changes and revisions may still be possible after payment. Your Goodie Rentals contact will review any necessary updates, along with any additional charges or credits, as needed.

Please note, all prices include a 4% discount for cash, check, or digital bank transfers. If paying by credit card, this discount is forfeited.
